We’re going to celebrate all year long by recognizing the hard working, loyal individuals that make up Camp Creek Electric.

Heath- 5 Years
We always hope that we’re going to find a first-year apprentice that is going to fit into the culture at Camp Creek Electric. We want them to grow their skills and career with us, ultimately earning their journeyman license while still happy to be working alongside of the rest our crew. We love family-oriented people who not only want to work hard for our company’s success, but also have goals for themselves as well as a great attitude and willingness to help their coworkers succeed! It’s a tall order that doesn’t always work out. Not this time though. Heath started working for us in 2019 as a first term apprentice and last year he became our newest Journeyman Electrician.
It was evident to everyone that Heath brought a good work ethic and unique skills within his first couple of weeks of being onboard. He had already been around a bit in the electrical industry and was quickly able to pick up on our specialty work. He has an incredible memory which is extremely important when it comes to keeping a project moving forward. Heath has become proficient in controls and continues to hone those skills. Heath has a great attitude and communicates well with others and himself 😊
We seem to have two kinds of people at Camp Creek. On one side we have our hunters and fishers who love to cook. On the other side we have our Oregon football loving Disney Dads who are up early for rope drop and still there to shut down the park after fireworks. Heath stands with team Donald and his two adorable kids and amazing wife are some of his best teammates. Some of his other favorite things include the Green Bay Packers, old trucks, red vines, Mt Dew and chatting.. to anyone really. Heath is a great dad and his littles are lucky to have a him around to ensure they grow up learning the most perfect dishwasher loading skills in the Willamette Valley.
As with all of our top shelf crew, we are fortunate to have Heath and his family. We look forward to watching him advance his career with us.
